For block walls we have a product called Edge Guard. This is a plastic "L" shaped, preformed moisture control system for a foundation that has leaky walls. This product works in conjunction with interior drain tile and a sump pump.
After we dig the trench for the drain tile, the Edge Guard is placed on top of the footing. It protrudes above the floor level and behind the the finished walls, thus allowing water that runs down the wall to enter into it, and carry it to the drain tile under the floor. This is better because, there is no other system that allows this to be done.
