Exterior Excavation and Waterproof Membrane.
This is an alternative to the Interior drain tile and sump pump system. Here we excavate the exterior of the foundation using a mini excavator. We dig down to the footing, clean the walls, and apply a rubber waterproof membrane along with a protection course. We then install drain tile and gravel, and backfill with the existing dirt.
