This is where we waterproof your home from the inside. Whether it is already finished or not, and it can be done year round.
First we jackhammer the perimeter of the floor.
Then remove that portion of the floor, dig a trench all the way around the perimeter of your basement.
Next we install draintile and gravel, this leads to a sump pump.
Finaly we re-cement the floor back on.
We take every pre-caution to control the dust, we use water with the jackhammer and fans in the windows to keep the dust to a minimum. Not only to keep your home clean, but for our own health and saftey.
This system is so very effective because it relieves the hydrostatic preasure on the walls and floor. We are not trying to keep the water out, we are giving it a place to go and then pumping it back out side where it belongs, thus preventing the water from rising above the floor level.
